Congratulations on winning the 2009-10 North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association Male Team of the Year!

Bismarck Cross Country: The Demons breezed to their fifth straight Class A Championship, scoring 21 points to runner-up Century's 105.  Bismarck Had 8 of the top 11 runners in the State.  The Demons second five runners would have been good enough to win the state with 68 points.
